We prefer using respectful farming practices on our farm. For example, we do minimum tillage of the soil which means we reduce the machinery work as much as possible. The results of this practice is a decrease in greenhouse gases produced by the fuel, an improvement of the soil structure and a decrease in soil erosion.

Our fields all have a buffer strips to help increasing water quality in rivers. We never use any insecticides in our fields and the soybean plant never receive herbicides.
