PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Always cook from frozen.

You have 3 options to cook it :

  • Approximately four minutes in the microwave
  • Approximately five minutes in salted hot water
  • Steam for approximately five minutes

 

 

        

APPETIZERS : 

Cook edamame and serve with sea salt on top of it. Enjoy them warm or cold.

 

        

SOUPS :

Add it to your vegetable soup it will match perfectly.

 

        

MAIN DISHES  :

Think different ! Taste up your chili. Garnish salads and «mijotés» or simply add some colour to your favourite dish.

 

        

SIDE DISHES :

Add 1 cup of edamame to your rice in the last five minutes of cooking to add some crunchy to it!
